Sift
Push 1 tsp through a fine sieve into a warm bowl.

Pour
60ml water around 80°C — hotter means bitter.

Whisk
Sharp W-motion for 15 seconds until foam peaks.

Sip
Hold the bowl in both hands. Sip slowly.
